震災ボランティアで石巻を訪れ「この町のためになにかしたい」と今村ご夫妻が開いた日本料理店。生産者の想いを料理場から直接つなげたいとの想いから作られたコの字型のカウンターから味わえる”ライブ感”が醍醐味で、そこでの会話と食事はきっと忘れられない一期一会となるでしょう。地元石巻の食材と料亭で修業を積んだ店主今村さんの洗練された感性とが掛け合わさった【いまむら】の料理を求め、日本各地の食通たちが石巻に足を運んでいます。
