⼈は⾃分の体のことを知らない。

People often don’t truly know their own bodies.


I have been working as a body maintenance therapist for about 20 years. By immersing myself in human anatomy and physiology, I was able to find the answers to many things regarding the human body.

The “one thing” that led to my successful weight loss was “rotating my ankles.” Simply put, the feet are the foundation of our bodies, and the bones in one foot consist of 28 pieces (56 for both). This means 1/4 of the body’s bones (approx. 200–206) are in the feet. By loosening these 28 bones, the knees, hip joints, pelvis, and spine loosen naturally, correcting distortion.

By rotating my ankles and loosening those 28 bones, my blood and lymph flow increased dramatically. My distortions and swelling improved, leading to a 15kg weight loss in just six months. I have maintained that for 30 years, which I believe is possible because I studied the anatomy of my own body.

There is much irresponsible information on social media, but learning about your body while reflecting on yourself is fascinating and useful for a long life. 2026 is “Hinoe-Uma,” a year of strong fire energy. Challenging yourself with something new can turn things for the better. Let’s learn correctly for ourselves and remove unnecessary worries.
