Le Nez was established by owner-chef Dezaki, who honed his skills at the famous Michelin 2-star restaurant Accueillir and LIAISON. True to its name, meaning “the nose” in French, the restaurant emphasizes the importance of aroma in its dishes. The scents enhance the dining experience, elevating the enjoyment of the meal.
