Well-Being, Today and Every Day
The coronavirus—an invisible and terrifying force—shook the world for several years. But it also made people everywhere think about their health.
It wasn’t all bad. With more time at home, we were given the rare opportunity to reflect on ourselves—something many of us might not have done otherwise. Many people started cooking more at home, or began home workouts—creating new habits that continue today.
At the same time, social media and other sources began flooding us with information. It’s convenient to find what you want to know instantly—but is that information accurate? And more importantly, is it right for you? With so much information available, it’s easy to lose sight of what you actually wanted—or needed—to know in the first place.
Our bodies are brilliantly designed. They signal trouble and clear out what we don’t need. That’s why I believe in the power of natural immunity and self-healing.
By understanding ourselves and how our bodies work, we can tap into the strength we’re born with. But that takes accurate knowledge. With the right information, we can protect ourselves and those we love.
We’ve entered an era where we are responsible for protecting our own health. Now that we truly understand the importance of well-being, let’s return to the basics—and enjoy the process of learning to live with beauty, joy, and good health.
Start with self-care
Self-care comes in many forms, but let’s start with the foundation: foot care. If your feet are weak, your whole body feels it. So take care of them—every day.
It’s no exaggeration to say that foot care supports your whole body. Start by moving your toes with intention—it boosts circulation, easing swelling, coldness, and even improving posture.
If you can’t move your toes easily or they feel numb, the sensory receptors (mechanoreceptors) on your soles may be weak. When these receptors are underactive, your brain doesn’t receive sensory input fast enough. This affects your balance, posture, and even physical performance.
Modern life keeps us from going barefoot, leaving our sole sensors under-stimulated. The good news? You can wake them up.
Try rolling your foot over a golf ball—simple and effective.

Sole sensor check:
Can you stand on one leg with ease?
Your feet are your foundation—care for them daily!
Can you stand and maintain your balance with one eye closed?
Can your toes do rock-paper-scissors?
