The French restaurant “NéMo” in Minami-Aoyama is a place that provides “delicious memories.” Owner-chef Kenichi Nemoto combines the aesthetic beauty of food and life he discovered in nature during his childhood with the reliable skills he honed at famous restaurants both in Japan and abroad, including “NARISAWA,” kitchens in Paris, and “Quintessence,” to express Japan’s four seasons and natural bounty. It is a venue where guests can gather around a table with loved ones in a comfortable space and spend a fulfilling time, experiencing gratitude for the producers and the beauty of the ingredients with all five senses through the seasonal omakase course.
