Moved by their volunteer experience in Ishinomaki after the earthquake, Mr. and Mrs. Imamura were inspired to make a lasting contribution to the town by opening a Japanese restaurant. Designed to bridge the gap between diners and producers, their establishment features a U-shaped counter for a “live“ dining experience, fostering memorable interactions. Chef Imamura‘s expertise, refined in traditional Japanese inns, draws enthusiasts eager to savor dishes that combine local flavors with his sophisticated touch.
