Located in Gaienmae, CENSU TOKYO is the sister restaurant to Hong Kong’s acclaimed modern Japanese destination. Owner-chef Ikuyuki Kanasu draws on his experience in French fine dining and international kitchens to craft inventive dishes that blend Japanese tradition with global influences. The name—a fusion of Sensu (folding fan) and “Sense”—reflects a lifestyle where gastronomy intersects with fashion, music, and design.
