バスルームは⾃分磨きに最⾼な場所

Nearly 30 years ago, after losing over 50 kg (from 72 kg to 20 kg), I started a daily habit I still practice
today: self-care.

The bath is the ultimate sanctuary for self-care—a warm, private space to focus on yourself. Enhance bath time with favorite bath bombs or essential oils to boost both beauty and health!

Start by soaking in warm water, closing your eyes, and fluttering your legs. Once circulation improves, rotate your ankles, stretch each toe, and stimulate your soles. Grasp your ankles with both hands and wring them gently like a towel—your feet will feel surprisingly light and slim. Next, sweep your hands up your calves toward your knees and pinch your thighs. Throughout, breathe deeply—inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth—to maximize the benefits.

When washing, use your palms, fingertips, and knuckles to stimulate your body. For your hair, massage your scalp from the hairline to behind the ears and up to the crown. This clears impurities while relieving eye fatigue.

Without extra time, your daily bath becomes a restorative routine. Beauty begins with small daily habits—why not start tonight?
